I never thought of using my mixer to shred chicken--thanks for the tip!
I've never made dumplings, nor can I remember ever eating them! Looks like a wonderful hot meal on these cold January days.
This looks so delicious, and warming, I need to make some this week. I never thought about using the mixer to shred the chicken, thanks for sharing.
Blessings,
Sue
I use a baby food grinder to shred chicken for chicken salad sandwiches. It is not as fast as this amazing thing you have learned.
Oh my...chicken and dumplings sound so yummy. I will be checking out your recipe.
Yum... we LOVE homemade chix and dumplins here!!! Glad you have a hit, and thanx for the tip!
That looks quick and easy! Wish I had a nice mixer like that, but I just don't have room for one. I've been thinking I'll make some chicken noodle soup soon, but the chicken and dumplings sounds good, too. I'll check out the recipe, thanks!
